Welding
As a certified specialist welding company, we use all common welding processes for the standardised processing of components so that they function in industry under sometimes extreme conditions. Here is a brief overview of our services in the field of welding technology.
We can weld for you in various ways:
- Arc welding (also known as electrode welding or manual electric welding),
- TIG welding (tungsten inert gas welding) and
- MAG welding (metal active gas welding)
This enables us to create strong joints, complex shapes and carry out repairs.
Our particular strength lies in the area of individual parts, which we can produce for you flexibly and at short notice.
Among other things, we weld:
- Pressure equipment
- pressure parts
- Pipelines and
- fittings
in blast furnace technology and rolling technology. The AD 2000 Merkblatt HP0 regulations are always complied with.
Depending on the application, each component is subjected to a TÜV inspection.
Our specialists have extensive specialist knowledge and many years of experience. This is the only way they can select suitable processes, electrodes and parameters to achieve optimum results. In addition to the quality of the work performed, which is always confirmed by external inspectors (including TÜV), the focus is always on safety.
In addition, we are tested and recognized as a welding company in accordance with the DIN EN ISO 3834-3 test basis. We comply with the product standard AD2000-HP0, AD2000 leaflet HP100R and DIN EN 13480. In terms of quality management, we comply with Directive 2014/68/EU through AD2000 HP0 and EN 13480 and are tested in accordance with Directive 2014/68/EU Annex I, point 3.1 and DIN ISO 3834 Part 3.
Absolute precision must be adhered to, from tacking to the finished weld seam, in order to guarantee subsequent accuracy of fit.
