Connection heads

Connection heads are sealed rotary connections between pipework and rotating machine parts such as rollers, cylinders, drums or mixers. They enable the inflow or outflow of various media such as water, steam, thermal oil, mixed material, sludge or waste water. Connection heads are used in calenders, roller conveyors and similar applications.

Rotating union / swivel joint / ball and socket joint

Movable pipework systems that cover high pressure and temperature ranges are regularly required in industry. Rixen swivel joints fulfil these requirements for use in both swivel and permanent rotary applications.

Carbon seals

Carbon seals, or rather carbon gaskets, are sealing elements made from carbon materials. They are often used in industrial applications, especially in environments with high temperatures and high pressure, such as in the chemical and petrochemical industries and in power generation. Carbon gaskets have excellent resistance to extreme temperatures, chemicals and pressures. They are used to prevent leaks and ensure the integrity of pipework, valves, pumps and other system components. The extremely high reliability and durability of our seals make them a preferred choice in demanding industrial environments.

Pressurised pipes and pressure equipment

We produce pressurised pipelines and pressure equipment to the highest technical standards. Our pressurised pipelines transport liquids or gases under pressure and are used in various branches of industry. Pressure equipment "Made by Rixen" pressurises or keeps media (liquids or gases) under pressure, such as steam boilers or pressure vessels in industrial applications.

Pipelines / Collectors

The pipelines we manufacture are systems made of pipes, e.g. made of steel or stainless steel, which are used to transport liquids, gases or solids from one place to another. They are used in various industries and often have to fulfil special requirements.

Switch grinding and deburring machine

Our switch grinding and deburring machine is used to grind and remove burrs from switch blades, frogs, stock rails and wheel links. It is robust and designed for many years of use and is also characterised by the fact that it is particularly user-friendly and safe to use.
